PRO CRM Service Schedules and Their Related Attachments
The following PRO CRM Service Schedules and Attachments will apply to your purchase of Custom Software Development and Professional Services that are sold by a PRO CRM sales representative and are governed by the PRO CRM Master Services Agreement (MSA), dependent on the products listed on your PRO CRM Order Form or Statement of Work (SOW).
The schedules below, along with the Security Attachment for PRO CRM Services and the Data Protection Attachment for PRO CRM Services, will apply to all purchases governed by the PRO CRM Master Services Agreement.

| Custom Software Development Service Schedule | Outlines the specific terms governing the time-and-materials or fixed-price engagement for the development of bespoke software, including code standards, testing processes, and deployment responsibilities. | Mandatory for all Custom Software building. |
| Professional Services Schedule for Consulting & Architecture | Governs non-development services such as initial discovery, architectural design, requirements analysis, and system optimization consulting. | Applies when a separate consulting SOW is executed. |
| Integration Service Schedule (Salesforce, Microsoft, Google) | Outlines terms for ongoing support, bug fixes, service-level agreements (SLAs), monitoring, and maintenance releases following the initial project Go-Live. | Applies for all specified platform integrations. |
| Service Schedule for Post-Deployment Support & Maintenance | Applies to all specified platform integrations. | Applies upon purchase of a support package. |
| Security Attachment for PRO CRM Services | Details the security measures, policies, and safeguards (aligned with ISO 27001:2022) implemented by PRO CRM to protect Customer Data and the development environment. | Applies to all services. |
| Data Protection Attachment for PRO CRM Services | Defines the terms for the processing of Customer Data, including personal data, data residency (Victoria, Australia), retention policies, and compliance with Australian and international privacy laws. | Applies to all services. |
| AI Attachment for PRO CRM Services (Responsible AI) | Governs the terms under which PRO CRM may incorporate or develop AI/ML features, focusing on safety, bias mitigation, and human oversight in line with PRO CRM’s Responsible AI principles. | Applies when AI/ML features are scoped. |
| Payment Policy | Details specific billing cycles, invoicing methods, dispute resolution process, and the non-refundable nature of Project Fees. | Applies to all services. |
Additional Attachments for Specific Requirements
- Security Appliance & Infrastructure Attachment: Applies when the Customer requires the use of a specific security appliance or deployment to a private, controlled infrastructure environment.
- Source Code Escrow Agreement: Applies when the Customer requests the source code of the Deliverables to be held in escrow by a third party.
